Meet Finn

Finn is a certified breathwork practitioner having completed over 700 hours of training in the UK and Thailand.

After experiencing profound personal openings through breathwork, he felt called to study and share this transformational practice.

A lifelong traveller and explorer, Finn has immersed himself in various healing modalities, including yoga, psychedelic medicines, non-duality, Reiki and nature connection practices.

Breathwork became the missing piece that brought together all of his previous experiences into a gentle, grounded practice that fosters lasting positive change.

Finn integrates this diverse background into his breathwork practice while remaining committed to continuous learning and the integration of healing modalities that support the journey toward wholeness.
